- Monitor and manage the clients hosted environment to ensure environment stability and stable operation of the Sensa-NetReveal solution, client data load and batch processing.
- Perform routine NROD operational tasks
- Contribute to the Early/Late rota and weekend release duties
- Active management, communication and resolution of any service issues; with escalation for any that cant be resolved to local Technical Consultants
- Provide escalation and reporting to the NROD Service Delivery Manager
- Ensure Operational Documentation, CMDB and Service Tooling information is current, accurate and effective
- Trouble-shoot environmental & technical issues that arise in the course of deploying/configuring software
- Deploy Sensa-NetReveal application releases onto the Client managed service environment (hosted on Amazon Web Services)
- Grow technical knowledge of new aspects of the Sensa-NetReveal product, asking for guidance where appropriate and rapidly picking up new skill
- Provide knowledge of the functionality of one or more core Sensa-NetReveal modules (such as ETL, Builder, Visualizer, Live, Model Builder, scenario manager and Watchlist Manager)
- A solid understanding of LINUX
- Solid knowledge of SQL and databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- Good working knowledge of Java based applications, ideally JBoss
- Hands on experience in version control tools like SVN , GIT etc
- Basic knowledge in AWS such as EC2, RDS, S3 , Cloud formation , Route 53, Cloud Watch etc .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a determined approach to own work .
- Proficiency in the deployment and usage of CI/CD platforms preferably Bamboo.
- Strong technical trouble shooting skills and aptitude
- Demonstrate flexibility and ability to take the initiative on issues
- Effective and efficient decision-making ability; prioritizing, time management, etc.
- Knowledge of installing software, creating test environments and project implementation experience
- Working knowledge of the functionality of one or more core Sensa-NetReveal modules (such as ETL, Builder, Visualizer, Live, Model Builder, scenario manager and Watchlist Manager)
- Basic knowledge of Java and J2EE architectures
- AWS Certifications such as AWS Developer or SysOps. Dont have these? No problem, well support your certification
- Shell scripting
- Understanding of distributed computing

Job Description:Role Summary
Our Sensa-NetReveal OnDemand (NROD) solution is a market leading anti-financial crime Managed Service offering. To support the growth of our Sensa-NetReveal OnDemand Compliance solution, were looking for Technical Consultants to execute, sustain and improve our NROD Managed Service.
You will be required to execute the day to day running of our client solutions, contribute to OnBoarding of new customers and improve the capability of the solution.
