    TalentBridge, a leader in the professional staffing industry, is seeking candidates for a Customer Service Representative position. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to calls from customers regarding their online banking account.

    Job duties will include:

    • Performs necessary account maintenance to fulfill customer requests, transactions, card activations, accounts status, processing lost, or stolen cards, and statements
    • Utilizes multiple systems to respond to, troubleshoot and document customer inquiries
    • Escalate issues as appropriate
    • Maintains quality customer service by following company policies and procedures as well as policies and procedures specific to each customer
    Required skills:
    • 1+ year of Call Center or Financial Services experience
    • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
    • Demonstrate good attitude and adaptability to change
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office skills
    • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
    In-Office/Onsite role

    Salary: $16.00 per hour
