Job summary
We are seeking a part-time receptionist for our Health and Wellness Center.Duties include answering phone calls, making appointments, handling inquiries from students/parents regarding health forms/insurance/special events.
Responsibilities: Maintain efficient office environment,
Answer phone calls,
Make appointments,
Call Labs for pick-ups/supplies.
- Evidence of ability to function within a cooperative/collaborative environment.
- Friendly/Works well with others/Some medical knowledge.
- Excellent assessment skills,/calm nature,/able to converse well with students/family/faculty/staff of Health and Wellness/strong oral/written communication skills./strong>
