Job description:
As a Retail Sales Associate specializing in running and footwear at RunUnited, you will play a crucial role in helping customers achieve their fitness and performance goals.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, product knowledge, and assisting customers in finding the right shoes and footwear for their needs.
Compensation:
$17.00/hour plus commissionsScheduling:
Full time: Wednesday - Sunday with store hoursPart-Time: varied with store hours
SIGN ON BONUS:
$200 after 60 daysYour duties will include:Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and approachable mannerConducting thorough customer needs assessments to recommend suitable running shoes and footwearProviding expert advice on shoe technology, fit, and performance. Assisting customers in trying on and selecting the perfect pair of shoesUpselling and cross-selling related products and accessoriesProcessing sales transactions accurately and efficientlyEnsuring the store is clean and properly merchandizedCollaborating with team members to create a positive shopping experience for all customersQualifications:Excellent customer service and communication skillsSales-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targetsAbility to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive store environmentPrevious retail or sales experience is a plusFlexibility to work weekends, holidays and evenings as required
