Job summary
The Administrative Assistant is to provide support to all employees in accordance with the Credit Union's established policies procedures and core values.- Responsible for member marketing of the Credit Union products which includes a knowledge of all services offered to a degree that will enable answering questions or referring members for specific services.
- Serve as the primary receptionist managing desk coverage and coordinating with the Administrative Coordinator for backup support performing the following functions o Deliver a positive first impression for members nonmembers employees volunteers vendors etc.
