- Manages various satellite programs as a HI-REL Space Parts Integrated Product Team (IPT)
- Manages Space Parts requirements including ensuring timely ordering to kit, meeting quality requirements of each program and producing weekly status charts for Program
- Acts as a
- Monitors and coordinates data reviews, specs, qualifications with Component Engineering and timely closeout of parts through Receiving, Inspection & Test (RIT)
- Responsible for cost, schedule, technical, and risk management for high reliability electronic unit hardware development and delivery
- Develops and maintain Earned Value baselines and status to plan
- Defines required resources from space electronics engineering, operations, and supplier management to build cross functional unit level teams necessary to execute electronic units design, development, and delivery to programs
- Coordinates with programs and operations to optimize unit hardware production pipelines and deliveries
- Develops and maintain statement of work (SOW) for units procured by subcontract and coordinate related make/buy assessments
- Performs unit sell-offs, project close-out, and document lessons learned for incorporation into future project plans and unit hardware roadmaps This position is expected to be 100% onsite
- 3+ years' experience in program or project management
- Experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 3+ years' experience working with military or space electronics
- Experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion
