JOB SUMMARYUnder direct supervision, manage and maintain various end user platforms including Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager/Intune, VMware Workspace ONE for MDM, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 and VDI technologies.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIESTest new technologies and infrastructure upgradesReview and resolves simple trouble tickets from End User Services or IS Engineering teamsCreate and update technical documentationManage and troubleshoot end user applicationsManage endpoint device agentsMonitor software updates and patch management advertisementsProvide reports to the IS teamMonitor server and client componentsBASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or a High School diploma and at least 2 years of experience with end-user computing administrationExperience supporting Microsoft System Center Configuration ManagerExperience supporting Windows 7, Windows 10, or Windows 2008/2012 serversExperience with administrative scripts (VBScript, JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.).Experience testing various applicationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with Mobile Device ManagementDISCLAIMERAll duties and requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
