Job summary
The Certified Phlebotomist performs venipuncture and specimen collection while ensuring accurate labeling, processing, and routing of laboratory specimens.This role supports laboratory order entry, chain-of-custody collections,
breath alcohol testing, and related clerical workflows.
Responsibilities
- Review provider orders

and enter appropriate lab orders per requisition - Verify patient identity using two patient identifiers prior to specimen collection
