    As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for managing customer accounts from pilots to expansions. You will ensure that proof of concepts are successful by coordinating between implementation, product, sales, and the customer. You will continually manage accounts after an expansion with quarterly business reviews.


    This role reports directly to the Senior Customer Success Manager and is based remotely with some travel required to headquarters in San Francisco, CA (quarterly).

    Responsibilities

    Manage the customer relationship post-contract

    Manage the communications with the customer during pilots

    Manage internal stakeholders during the pilot process

    Manage monthly pilot success meetings with customers

    Resolve any issues during pilots with support, sales, or implementation

    Meet with customers on a quarterly basis to present the quarterly business review

    Work with our product, implementation, and support team members to provide a quality service to our customers

    Continuously improve pilot to expansion conversions

    Continuously manage post-contract customers to reduce churn

    Become a power user of GlacierGrid's platform

    Be organized - track customer metrics and data meticulously

    Qualifications

    Have a 4 year degree

    Have experience in customer relationship management (technology/Saas product is a bonus) and have a passion for sales/sales support

    Have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

    Possess a high degree of resilience

    Are extremely coachable and willing to receive and implement feedback.

    No matter how big or small the feedback is, you implement it as soon as you receive it and share it with others when you see success.


    Have experience working with a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot) for all aspects of sales pipeline management, forecasting, and account activity tracking.
