Pharmacist Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license (New York pharmacist license preferred)
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a hospital pharmacist; oncology pharmacy or investigational drug services experience preferred
  
• Strong understanding of investigational drug protocols, clinical trials, and regulatory compliance
  
• Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical pharmacy skills
  
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  

Pharmacist Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage investigational drug services for oncology clinical trials
  
• Support oncology infusion pharmacy workflows and ensure safe, efficient medication dispensing
  
• Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate documentation for investigational and clinical pharmacy services
  
• Provide education and communication support to pharmacy staff and clinical teams
  
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and staff involved in investigational and clinical services
  
• Ensure compliance with all legal, accreditation, and hospital pharmacy policy requirements
