    *Duties: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

    • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
    • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
    • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
    • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
    • Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
    • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
