- Provides support for computer systems, office equipment and connections to remote sites
- Set-up computers and user accounts for new employees as well as IT orientation for laptop and cell phones
- Manage MAC (moves, adds, changes) for user accounts
- Hardware refresh for aged out computers
- Deactivations when team members leave the company
- Confers with users and IT team members to develop new approaches or alternatives to ensure that user assistance is being provided effectively and efficiently
- Assists in problem solving for applications issues
- Maintains network and PC preventive maintenance, logging efforts to ensure network and data integrity
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses data communication issues
- Two-year degree in Information Technology or minimum 1 year computer network support experience required
- Time management, strong organizational skills, positive customer service attitude and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
- Professionalism and proactive ability to build long-term relationships with team members and customers
