    This position requires Marriott proprietary systems experience including MARSHA and FSPMS. We are looking for someone to deliver Wonderful Hospitality. Always. to our guests. The Front Desk Supervisor reports to the Front Office Manager and Director of Operations. Daily activities to include:
  • Supervise all Front Desk Agents, Bellpersons, Night Audit, and Security Guards.
  • Respond to guest's special requests and concerns and accommodate groups to ensure optimal levels of guest satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Must have weekend and holiday availability
