- Develop strategies to enhance customer and shareholder satisfaction
- Participate in organizational leadership and continuous improvement efforts
- Analyze performance metrics and drive operational improvements
- Accountable for operational planning and financial targets
- Encourage safety, quality, and cost efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide mentorship and training to team members
- Support company-wide initiatives and operational synergy
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Supervise employees according to company policies
- Primarily office-based role with occasional exposure to manufacturing environments
- Mandatory protective equipment may be required in manufacturing areas
- Ability to operate office equipment
- Expected travel: 10% - 20% via car and plane
