Job summary
We are hiring on behalf of a client for a proactive and well-connected Strategic Partner to help secure long-term tenants for a new commercial property acquisition in San Francisco Bay Area.Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective tenants aligned with commercial property offerings
- Leverage professional networks to source qualified tenant commitments
- Secure written tenant agreements specifying target price per square foot size and preferred location
- Coordinate with leadership to align tenant demand with acquisition strategy
- Support tenant engagement throughout leasing and onboarding processes
- Represent the company professionally in meetings events and business discussions
