- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of sales experience with the majority in an executive-level sales position, preferably in the Real Estate, Telecom or a Technical Industry
- Proven track record for driving the sales process from start to finish
- Strong analytical skills to analyze market data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Bachelor or MBA degree
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Commission on every deal a member of your team brings in
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals, targets and objectives
- Establish a sustainable sales organizational structure to support Nexus's revenue growth including hiring and managing a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Analyze and Identify new market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to penetrate them
- Navigate complex Client relationships and develop a sales platform to effectively position Nexus at the forefront
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Conduct sales presentations and attend trade shows
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
