    Financial Business AnalystThe Financial Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing, configuring, recommending, and documenting best practices for the Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations (D365) ERP System.

    The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or AX F&O and provide expert support in areas such as AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, Tax, and the Treasury Automation Suite.

    Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to address reporting requirements.
    Assist in streamlining month and period-end closing processes.
    Offer support for F&O-related tasks beyond accounting functions as required.
    System Uptime And EnhancementPlan and ensure continuous uptime of the F&O system.
    Maintain the F&O enhancement roadmap and deliver new functionalities and integrated solutions.
    Uphold F&O standard system functions with minimal customization, prioritizing efficiency.
    Prepare, design, and execute approved configuration changes.

    Requirements Analysis And AlignmentPartner with stakeholders across the organization to elicit a comprehensive set of requirements that align with business objectives, gaining a deep understanding of current business processes.

    Expertise And MethodologyDemonstrate expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and evaluate customer business processes against the standard application functionality.

    Apply agile frameworks and the prescribed Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodology.
    Elicit and meticulously document detailed business/functional requirements from users and sponsors.
    Collaboration And CommunicationFoster constructive and collaborative working relationships with departmental colleagues and across the organization.
    Conduct presentations at meetings and provide system training to users at all organizational levels.
    Skillfully influence, negotiate, and build consensus across the organization.
    Exhibit a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.

    What We Are Looking ForExtensive functional knowledge (4+ years) in Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 F&O.Over 5 years of experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, designing and configuring forms, developing workflows, reports, and dashboards, as well as troubleshooting application issues.

    Proficiency in process engineering and business process automation.
    Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
    Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to independently drive initiatives to completion.

    High competence in database/reporting software, including Power BI.Fundamental knowledge of software development methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile).Bonus Points HereCPA (Expired certification is acceptable).Microsoft F&O Certification.
