We are currently looking to add 1 more representative to our call center here in West Springfield Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays Job duties include scheduling and confirming appointments answering inbound calls making outbound calls working with the newest technology platforms and Chatgpt customer service managing sales reps schedules achieving weekly and monthly quotas we have an excellent compensation package for this position that includes an hourly rate and bonus opportunities must be dependable have a great phone voice and have a positive attitude.
