Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) Clerk/Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will manage and coordinate electronic visit verification processes, ensuring accurate data collection and seamless communication across various systems. Your organizational skills and technical proficiency will support efficient scheduling, documentation, and compliance efforts, contributing to the overall success of our healthcare or service delivery operations.

Duties

  • Maintain and update electronic visit verification records using specialized databases and Vesta (Vesta EVV) systems
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently through typing, data entry, and transcription tasks to ensure real-time information availability
  • Manage order entry and scheduling within office systems, coordinating appointments and visits with precision
  • Organize and file documentation systematically, including reports, forms, and client records to facilitate easy retrieval
  • Collect data related to visits, services rendered, and client interactions for reporting purposes
  • Generate pivot tables and other data summaries in Microsoft Excel to analyze trends and performance metrics
  • Support administrative functions such as filing, copying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Clerk to verify visits on a daily basis and will communicate with attendants when necessary.
  • Clerk will manage all schedule changes and communicate with appropriate insurances for all changes.
  • Clerk is expected to carry out varied job duties without supervision.

Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of experience in Home Health enviroment.
  • Proven clerical experience with a strong background in office administration or data management
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Excel, databases, ERP systems, and order entry platforms
  • Excellent typing speed with high accuracy for data entry and transcription tasks
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Experience with data collection methods, filing systems, and maintaining detailed records
  • Familiarity with pivot tables in Excel for data analysis is a plus
  • Office experience that demonstrates attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
