    Job responsibilities:
    Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.

    Promote a therapeutic environment using neutral, patient-centered interactions.

    Support de-escalation approaches consistent with unit policy and scope of practice.

    Provide patient education related to the treatment plan and follow-up resources as directed.

    Coordinate care activities with the interdisciplinary behavioral health team.
