    The Leidos Enterprise Risk Management & Integrated Business Solutions team has an immediate opening for Records Management & Command Media Specialist.

    Position Summary

    This is an important role that supports both maintaining our Command Media (Leidos' policies and procedures) and implementation of the Records Management program (legal documentation). The ideal candidate will have foundational experience with reviewing and/or maintaining official records, as well as creating and/or updating policies and procedures to drive cost, time, and process efficiencies and savings. Candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and communication skills and will regularly interact with Sector and Functional points of contact, including senior and executive leadership, throughout the company.

    Primary Responsibilities

    •Command Media
    oCoordinate new and modifications to existing Command Media, maintaining version control, configuration management, dissemination, and archival of prior versions
    oWork closely with our wholly owned subsidiaries to integrate their policies and procedures into the Leidos Command Media framework
    oAssist with the quarterly presentation preparation for the Policy Governance Committee, which is comprised of five members of the Executive Leadership Team
    oProactively participate and/or answer questions regarding the development of new command media
    oHelp coordinate annual review of policies and procedures with owners
    oSupport Command Media PRISM site maintenance


    •Records Management
    oDevelop strategy to consolidate unstructured electronic records to reduce storage costs and increase retention and retrieval efficiency
    oEvaluate UK and Australian records programs to determine opportunities to merge with domestic records policy and procedures
    oWork with technology to create automated disposition plans for applications storing official records to reduce risk of over-retained records
    oWork with corporate functions and sectors to develop and maintain an inventory of official Leidos records
    oUpdate record maps as needed in Reliance tool
    oProvide record retention guidance to functions and sectors
    oHelp coordinate annual review of record maps with record owners
    oSupport the delivery of records management training and awareness
    oAssist with Records Management PRISM site maintenance
    oSupport Records Management & Command Media Manager with major records management strategic initiatives

    Basic Qualifications

    •High School Degree and 5+years of relevant experience

    •Able to work both as part of a team and independently, while establishing priorities and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision

    •Comfortable presenting information and facilitating meetings with management of all levels

    •Proven ability to build and maintain effective internal working relationships

    •Detail oriented and highly organized with strong verbal and communication skills

    •Strong editing skills

    •Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    Preferred Qualifications

    •Bachelor's Degree

    •Knowledge of Leidos systems, policies, and procedures

    •Experience working with management of all levels, to include first-level supervisors up to the Executive Leadership Team

    •Leidos Prism experience

    •IT Tool Development experience

    Pay Range:

    Pay Range $65, $117,500.00
