The Telemetry Nurse (RN) provides care and constant monitoring of patients, often in critical condition.

    The Telemetry Registered Nurse reviews electrical activity of the heart and cares for a variety of patients including those suffering from heart failure, diabetes, GI diseases, and other acute diagnoses.

    QUALIFICATIONS BLS and ACLS National Institutes of Health (NIH) Certified Principal Investigator (CPI) Certification Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.

    The ability to stand for extended periods. Strong technical skills. Knowledge of medical terminology Passionate about patient care Requires a minimum of two years of current RN Telemetry experience.

    Graduate from a fully accredited RN program Active unencumbered RN Massachusetts state license One year of Epic experience Requirements COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster.

    Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills. Participates in relevant continuing education programs. Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients. Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.

    A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.

    Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
