Magnets USA, an award-winning marketing and gift company in Vinton, is looking for a creative and innovative web designer to join its fun, diverse team. The ideal candidate will possess several years of B2B marketing experience coupled with a serious interest and desire to contribute to our marketing team. Our full-time positions offer a competitive starting pay, and benefits package including paid time off, 401K, 529 education plan, profit sharing, and more Though we will consider remote workers, the web designer must be very in-tune with our marketing group, and should plan to attend meetings on-site from time to time.

Job Duties:

• Design, edit, and publish web content, and post monthly updates

• Implement and maintain high-quality SEO policies and incorporate them with content produced for the website

• Test and respond to issues with site functionality

• Maintain records and give reports on site visits / stats

• Develop ways to promote greater traffic to website and social media forums, focused on engagement, awareness, while heightening customer satisfaction

• Ability to maintain flexibility and a positive attitude while performing in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

Requirements:

• 3+ years in web design, including but not limited to website layout, responsive UI design, marketing, ad creative, and e-commerce

• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS

• Strong understanding of designing creative for target audiences

• Excellent spoken and written English language skills

• Experience with NetSuite and SuiteCommerce Advanced is an asset

• Experience with SalesForce Marketing Cloud is an asset

• Ability to assist with marketing print materials is an asset (requires InDd expertise)

• Competency with Adobe Creative Suite
