Are you seeking a career as a Physician in post-hospitalization and long-term care? Look no further! Ascent Healthcare, based in Beaverton, OR, is a physician-owned practice that delivers internal medicine and geriatric care to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities across Oregon and Washington.
As a Physician at Ascent Healthcare, you will collaborate with an experienced NP/PA to provide care to skilled nursing facility patients. This role offers the opportunity to become a certified post-acute Medical Director and can be discussed as full-time, per diem, or part-time.
