- Own Product-Embedded Governance define maintain Reflection's product governance framework for open-weight models including model specs transparency standards release criteria usage guidance
- Translate evolving regulatory safety enterprise trust expectations into actionable product requirements aligned to Reflection's roadmap
- Establish launch-readiness standards that balance capability safety adoption velocity
