xc2xa0xc2xa0Daytime & Weekends a MUST nn The Cook is responsible for the quality, quantity, tastiness, and freshness of all made to order menu items. The Cook pays special attention to speed, cleanliness, organization, and product specifications.

nn Food Prep: nn Prepares recipes and products to the Peach Valley Cafe specificationsn Devises workday strategies and prep lists according to Peach Valley Cafe recipes and procedures. n Ensures that every cold product is served cold and each hot product is served hot.

n Complete compliance in regards to quality and shelf life standards. nn Operational Excellence: nn Maintains the correct temperature of all products during cooking, holding and serving. n Properly maintains equipment according to the Equipment Specification. n Restocks and rotates food products by using the first-in, first-out method (FIFO). n Takes inventory of products and checks build-to with the Manager at the beginning and end of each shift. nn Cleanliness: nn Ensures that that Hot Cook area and all smallwares are clean and checks dishes for cleanliness before using them.

n Performs duty roster and ensures cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.. n Follows local health department laws. n Knows and follows position responsibilities as they relate to the line set upnn Is friendly and courteous to guests and co-workers. n Maintains professional communication at all times. nnxc2xa0nn Compensation: $12-$15 per hournnnnnnn This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
