    Endeavor Health is currently seeking an exceptional Family Medicine physician for practice opportunity at our Lakeview (Ashland) practice. The successful candidate for this position will have completed a Family Medicine residency and be board certified/eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine.

    Position Highlights:

    • Position: Family Medicine Physician
    • Hours: Full-time
    What you will need:
    • License: Illinois Medical License or License Pending
    • Certification: The successful candidate for this position will have completed a Family Medicine residency and be board certified/eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine.
    What you will do:
    • Development of a clinical practice.
    • A minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month, which are a subset of the 34 bookable hours, to include morning/evening/weekend hours.
    • Participation in weekend and weekday call.
    • Teaching of the house staff and medical students as assigned.
