    • Maintain positive and professional relationship with client and contractor employees.
    • Process strong interpersonal skills.

    The office administrator is responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks by supporting the client on all project related duties. The role requires excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively, as well as proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, Power Point etc., telephones printers photocopiers etc.

    The position involves organizing maintaining files records handling confidential documentation ensuring they remain updated easily accessible for appropriate use planning scheduling meetings presentations other office events coordinating catering reminding upcoming appointments meetings typing out correspondence letters emails memos sending relevant information in out of the office supporting departmental managers staff being willing to learn company motivated take additional opportunities working efficiently without direct supervision.

    This role does not offer relocation or per diem benefits and is located Little Rock AR.
