Job Summary
The job coach assists individuals with cognitive/intellectual disabilities or related conditions in obtaining employment, teaching them their job and then provide on-going coaching while they work.Implementation of services will be in both the community and at the program site. The job coach also acts as a liaison between local businesses (employers) and program participants.
Responsibilities
- Teaching and coaching program participants' job and independent living skills, and on-going job support.
- Act as a liaison between businesses for program and community based opportunities for program participants.
