Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate/CDL Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations. This position involves various tasks including inventory management, order fulfillment, and ensuring that all products are stored and handled properly. The Warehouse Associate will work closely with the warehouse manager to meet daily operational goals.

Duties

• Manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and accuracy.
• Fabricate and build items as required for order fulfillment.
• Operate tow motor safely to move materials within the warehouse.
• Perform heavy lifting tasks as needed, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse space to optimize workflow.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the warehouse manager promptly.
• Deliver product both locally and long hauls
• Treat seed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Skills

• CDL Class A with Hazmat endorsement Required
• Experience operating tow motor is preferred.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and effectively.
• Familiarity with order fulfillment processes in a warehouse setting.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management.
