    Position Description: The Maintenance Basic Laborer must have a positive, can-do attitude, be an eager learner, be conscious of safety requirements, work effectively as a team member, dress appropriately, be punctual, and follow all instructions given by the Crew Leader and needed for mowing, edging, de-weeding, and blowing commercial and residential properties.

    2. Reports to Crew Leader/Supervisor.

    3. Skillset and educational requirements: The Lawn Care Technician must possess the following skill set:

    A. Have a clean criminal record.

    B. Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility

    C. Physically able to handle the workload of a Lawn Care Technician.

    D. Have a full range of mobility in the upper and lower body.

    E. Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance.

    F. Able to interact with customers professionally and courteously daily.

    G. Has a minimum of One year of experience in the lawn care field.

    H. Can operate company equipment: string trimmers, backpack blowers, weed eaters, mowers, etc.

    I. Can perform all daily preventative maintenance (PM) on company equipment.

    J. Meets or exceeds company productivity standards for Lawn Care work.
    K. Clean driving record.
