Job Summary: leading a team of digital marketing experts, position drives growth and development of Beson4's Digital Marketing Services center of excellence. Ensures the team, technology, structure, process, and strategy delivers success for our clients' digital marketing campaigns. Focusing on providing exceptional digital marketing services, role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that effectively engage target audiences, drive website traffic, and generate quality leads for our clients. Position will leverage expertise in digital marketing to devise and implement comprehensive strategies that encompass search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and other relevant digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage a team of digital marketers, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure high-quality work and efficient execution of client campaigns.
· Ensuring collaboration with internal teams such as creative, design, and development to ensure cohesive and impactful digital campaigns that align with clients' brand guidelines.
· Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve clients' business objectives, with a keen emphasis on driving website traffic, increasing brand visibility, and attracting quality leads.
· Lead thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences and identify opportunities for growth.
· Oversee the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display advertising, and retargeting efforts, optimizing for maximum ROI.
· Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for ongoing optimization.
· Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, continually identifying new opportunities for innovation and growth of the team and function.
· Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for all digital marketing needs, actively managing expectations and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years proven work experience with successful track record as a Digital Marketing Manager or Director, preferably in an advertising agency setting.
· Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
· Demonstrated experience in managing successful digital marketing campaigns that have achieved desired business outcomes.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics to make data-driven decisions.
· Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in managing and motivating a team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
· Proficient in using digital marketing mediums, platforms, and software (such as HubSpot, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Streaming, E-newsletter Drip, Text Campaigns).
