- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities from pre-construction through project completion.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure work is performed according to project plans and specifications.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and milestones achieved.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal team members.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.
- Manage project budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on commercial or industrial projects.
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- OSHA 30-Hour certification (preferred).
