    Description

    • Establish and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of product quality and safety.
    • Design and maintain product specifications and quality standards.
    • Stay updated on changes in regulations and communicate any necessary adjustments to processes or procedures.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes, equipment, and facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
    • Perform internal audits to verify adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Investigate and address customer complaints related to quality issues.
    • Lead and supervise a team of quality assurance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness among team members.
    • Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective actions.
    • Prepare regular reports on quality metrics and performance indicators for management review.

    Profile

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality assurance within the food manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
    • Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, BRC, SQF, etc.) is preferred.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
