    What You'll Be Doing:
    Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with Procurement and High Growth Regions' goals.
    Analyze costs and drive continuous improvement initiatives across functions.
    Execute monthly closing routines and ensure world-class financial reporting.
    Lead STRAP and AOP cycles for Procurement and High Growth Regions.
    Partner with procurement team to review savings projects and ensure compliance.

    About You:
    Be able to do the job as described.
    Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (CPA/MBA preferred).
    Minimum 15 years experience in accounting or related field.
    Proficiency in SAP, SharePoint, BOBJ, Power BI, or advanced Excel.
    Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
