    Description

    The primary responsibilities of the Project Manager is to work on projects to ensure a positive customer experience while protecting profitability, maintaining timely and efficient project completion, and assisting with invoicing and collection.

    You will be working with the sales/design team gathering project costs/details, coordinating with sub- contractors, managing site and vendor details, lead times, and installation guidelines with End Users and General Contractors.
    Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate site visits with end users and manage lead times, shipments, storage, and installation for operations team.
    • Coordinate with trade subcontractors (electrical, AV/IT, cabling)
    • Analyze contracts, compliance and project timelines and implement necessary solutions.
    • Oversee project costs and communicate potential budget impacts to FF&E.
    • Gather and assemble critical project information (e.g., installation drawings, site details, customer contacts, etc.)
    • Communicate order status and installation schedules and plans to the customer and team.
    • Update internal project file in real time, ensuring the field team has all necessary information.
    • Work with the customer, internal stake holders, and contractors to complete any punch work and/or warranty issues and approve final invoicing.
    Location: Remote/Hybrid/In Person
    • The Project Manager can work remotely or from one of the FSI facilities.
    • Local, US, and international travel will be required at times depending on a project's location.
    Qualifications
    • Three or more years of project management experience
    • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage time efficiently with little supervision
    • The ability to resolve conflicts in the field and other issues that may occur
