- Assist with the review, negotiation, and drafting of contracts to ensure adequate protection and assurance that contracts are reasonable and in compliance with corporate risk standards, coordination of insurance and licensing matters.
- Review commercial purchase orders and other various contract documents including change orders.
- Review and coordinate letters of credit and bank guarantees
- Assist with state and local contractor licensing applications and renewals
- Perform administrative duties to support the Legal Department.
- Bachelors degree or higher.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in contract administration involving legal issues and negotiation.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of various commercial terms and conditions, including legal and commercial implications.
- Power generation industry and/or a working knowledge of power generation industry, manufacturing and construction industry practices and legal standards.
