Requirements:
A minimum of two continuous years of experience working with individuals with I/DD, and one year specifically working with complex behaviors and medical needs
Covid vaccination encouraged
Valid drivers license, auto insurance and reliable transportation

Desired Skill Set:
Previous experience working within a family environment
Excel in communication, both verbally and in writing
Must have the skills and ability to follow and adhere to program's established policies, procedures, and program documentation
Understand how to effectively utilize program resources and follow the PBSP and other documentation to enhance the client's life
Moderate computer skills to provide documentation and track critical data
