Volvo Cars Oklahoma City is looking for a service greeter. This is a full-time position with benefits and some overtime. This position is ideal for candidates with a passion for customer service.

The ideal candidate will be high energy, be able to work on their feet for most of the day indoors and outdoors during the heat of the day, have a bright smile and outgoing personality, and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting the service customers and assisting them by providing the information needed or referring them to the correct staff members.
• Getting customers checked in and out for their service appointment.
• Parking customer vehicles once dropped off, and retrieving customer vehicles once ready for pickup.
• Assisting service advisors and service staff with miscellaneous duties.
• Other administrative tasks.

All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, MVR, and drug screening in order to qualify for employment.
