- Verification: Personally verify and certify data cables, conducting rigorous testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies identified during the certification process, working closely with the junior technicians.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of the certification process, including test results, cable locations, and any modifications made.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other teams and departments to ensure a seamless integration of the certified cables into the overall network infrastructure.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to guarantee the reliability and performance of the certified data cables.
- Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in networking, with a focus on data cable certification.
- Proficient in using cable testing equipment and certification tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Fluke meter testing experience
