    Position Summary:


    The Production Manager, under the supervision of the Producer, will play a key role in organizing, planning, and overseeing weekly schedules for our company's projects, as well as coordinating testing and demonstrations.

    This position involves close collaboration with our partners at Epic Games, specifically within the Los Angeles Lab situated at the NantStudios campus.

    In this role, the Production Manager will work closely with production engineering teams during Lab usage, handling tasks such as bug reporting, status updates, issue escalation, and Jira logging.

    Additionally, they will collaborate with QA leads to document, schedule, and facilitate testing plans for engine releases.

    On a daily basis, the Production Manager will provide support for virtual production standup meetings, including agenda preparation and note-taking, and attend other necessary meetings.

    A crucial aspect of this role is ensuring effective communication and documentation within the Virtual Production team, which encompasses product development, engineering, business development, and support functions.

    When not assisting the Epic Games LA Lab, the Production Manager will be closely involved with the NantStudios production team, which includes stage operations, the real-time art department, R&D, and consulting divisions.

    In this capacity, they will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and managing day-to-day and week-to-week schedules and agendas. Ensuring clear and constant communication between departments.


    Responsibilities:


    Manage the Calendar & Booking requests including conflicts and prioritiesCoordinate stage operations, demos & all activities utilizing the stage across multiple teamsRun weekly stage meetings and agendasEnsure the stage is always at maximum use and teams running effectively and efficientlyEnsure clear communication from the stage team to other teams.

    Keep clear concise log of stage tests, shoots, demos including stage weekly report.
    Provide facilities support to the team including office supplies, lunch orders and other related tasks.
    Support any external events utilizing the stage.
    Assist external crews on stage usage (i.e. training, facilities and tenants within the building.
    Assisting production team with calendars, meetings, guests/clients visiting.
    Working closely with building tenants across scheduling and cross collaboration.

    Driving as needed to pick up/drop off for clients or sub vendorsHelp maintain facilities as well as helping on any general ad hoc projectsRequirements:2-3 years of production experienceExcellent written and oral communication skillsExperience in organizational rolesUnderstanding of high-end customer service requirementsDetailed, organized and expert at multitaskingProfessional demeanor and appearance at all timesAbility to work with discretion and to protect client privacyAbility to work early/late hours and/or on weekends as neededAbility to prioritize and effective time-management skills*This position will be a temporary position with an expected duration of 10 months

    Salary:
    $50.00 to $60.00 per hourThis is the pay range the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
