Job summary

The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate will provide SMART customer service at all times through the daily execution of Lowe's customer service policies, procedures and programs.

This includes: understanding customers' needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and/or loading merchandise;
listening to and responding knowledgeably and promptly to customer and employee questions by taking them to areas of the store and walking them through projects when necessary;
demonstrating sincere appreciation to customers;
communicating information to customers regarding all stock,

Moves or replaces beams and grids,
rotates stock,

displays products
,support materials using power equipment (e.g., lifts order pickers) per reset project instructions processes;Identifies damaged products removes from shelves delivers RTM area signs off as defective.Verifies buyback items ensures they are pulled prepped ready for shipping.Identifies damaged missing signage displays collateral orders replacements merchandising standards planogram details.Conirms product pricing information visible resolves/replaces any missing pricing labels.Updats/validates wayfinding product location signage digital maintenance throughout store.Ensures cross merchandise side stack products j-hooks gravity feed bins appropriately helping drive add-on sales.Works stage clearance damaged merchandise quick sale.Sorts products bins drawers boxes proper location.Merchandise plantogram price color block place plants as arrive.Fill plant racks tables grand opening ready standards.Clean Safe Stores.Reviews completes enters completion details assigned resets servicing tasks Ensures reset displays safe working order repaired/replaced needed.Repairs/seals packaging boxes peg-hook items.Removes trash moves cardboard bailer plastic wrap debris compactor.Replaces light bulbs alerts appropriate contact additional maintenance issues noted lights out painting etc.Detect common signs shoplifting theft security risks promptly communicates management Asset Protection.Ensure compliance housekeeping standards zone recovery maintain cleanliness organization store working areas.Maintains safe secure work environment conducting daily safety reviews noting hazards keeping aisles clear securing doors gates.Adheres safety requirements relevant regular job duties top stock reinstalling cables aisle blockers tether line power equipment spotters devices Operates equipment depending specific role department Zebra phone telephone paging system copiers fax machines computers CCTV surveillance key cutter panel saw paint mixer flooring cutters baler.In addition responsibilities individual is held accountable other duties assigned Maintain point-sale signage bin plus beam label stock ensuring bin locators placed price changes activated.Audit update pricing labels inside outside ensure accuracy Follow state-specific guidelines price changes Pricing Policy SF-06.
