Description
Welder act
Perform setup and all-position welding on a diversified line of standard weldments and structures in accordance with code certifications, alignment, dimensional and general inspection requirements.
Fit and position weldments having a number of parts, prescribed or standardized but Welder may select and vary techniques within limits of recognized procedures.
Must be able to work from drawings and possess the knowledge of welding techniques.The ability to measure and make own set-ups, use MIG, TIG, and Plasma proficiently to produce items to quality standards and tests.
Use of inspection tools for quality checks.Will be expected to have knowledge of welding principles and techniques, and must be able to work independently.
Must be able toPerform any and all duties as assigned. Some heavy lifting will be required.
