Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced
RN for a Med/Surg position at a modern rural facility in Northeast Oregon, requiring a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience and an active OR
RN license.
Full-time, 13-week contract in a Med/Surg department
Located at a new, modern facility in a rural Northeast Oregon setting
Cares for both adult and pediatric patients
Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Three 12-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend
Works alongside two or three other nurses and a full-time Hospitalist physician
Provides medical/surgical nursing care to a mixed adult and pediatric patient population
Small team environment with consistent Hospitalist physician support on the unit
Requirements
Active Oregon (OR)
RN license required
Minimum 3 years of
RN experience required
Current certifications required:
BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Must be able to work independently with minimal direction or supervision
