    Description
    Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the BUSINESS STRATEGY DIVISION of NAVFAC OSF. Responsibilities You will plan, coordinate, lead, and facilitate executive governance meetings. You will research relationships between organizational needs, objectives, costs, and requirements. You will advise senior leaders on program performance measurements and processes. You will develop briefings for the delivery of program performance information to senior leaders. You will analyze project execution to assess project management strategies. You will identify program requirements and translate them into a plan of action and milestones. You will track and analyze project execution to assess project management and strategies.

    Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

    Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting with developing, implementing, and analyzing business strategies; 2) Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to support data driven decision-making and long-range planning; 3) Designing and conducting comprehensive studies to improve effectiveness and efficiency of operations; and 4) Using written and oral communication expertise to prepare official correspondence, such as directives, SOP's, etc
