    Special Activities Coordinator - Part Time

    The Special Activities Coordinator is responsible for planning and organizing special activities for the seniors of our community. If you're passionate about enriching the lives of seniors through engaging and entertaining activities, then get ready to unleash your creativity, spread laughter, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our beloved seniors


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Responsible for planning major and general activities to attract the interest and involve seniors and groups.

    Complete administrative tasks to maintain records of scheduled and projected activities to include creating flyers, calendars, and other forms of communication.

    Ability to create special activities that encompass the physical, mental, and coordination of seniors and their abilities.
    Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all center attendees.
    Actively engage with seniors and visitors to promote a sense of community within the center.
    Assess the needs of physical requirements for all participants


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
    Knowledge of basic management skills in organizing various events
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the general public

    Part time:
    Monday - Thursday 4:00pm to 8:00pm
