- Offer proactive outreach and individualized coaching to students to support their academic needs and enhance academic performance and persistence.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to raise awareness about the Academic Learning Center's resources through workshops, class visits, and presentations.
- Track students' progress and cooperate with other student support systems and alert processes.
- Analyze success trends and data to conduct academic workshops and online videos.
- Design and lead workshops to support student success.
- Utilize data to drive outreach, retention, and student success efforts.
- Maintain updated documents on the LMS platform.
- Monitor referrals on the CRM dashboard.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, English, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in academic coaching, instruction, and mentoring.
- Proficiency in cooperative learning methodologies and group activity facilitation.
- Demonstrated academic excellence in the specific field.
- Strong presentation and time management skills.
- Experience in engaging with students through various platforms.
