What You'll
Be Doing:
Coordinate and synchronize across software development teams and other internal groups todesign, build, test, and release software on time and with high quality.
Drive and lead delivery of enabling technologies and experiences.Handle interdependencies between teams and identify and manage requirements andarchitectural convergence as well as software delivery risks.
Build valued working relationships with technical subject matter experts, stakeholders, andsenior management.
Manage requirements, scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks for each project.
Demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills and outstanding written and verbalcommunication talent.
What We Are Looking For:
Typically requires a 4 year Bachelor's degree and a Minimum of 5 years of project managementexperience in a related industry.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to establish and maintain key partnership engagements.
Experience in managing firmware suppliers and third-party development partners.
Prior software development and test experience with embedded applications, IVI Automotivedomain, CAN, C, Any scripting language.
Familiar with Agile methodologies and the challenges of hybrid agile/waterfall approaches.
Automotive and ASPICE IVI / ASPICE C/C++/MATLAB/Python experience at Intermediate level.
Experience in Project Management (Scheduling, Effort Estimation) is mandatory.
Good to have experience in DSP.
