    Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Regional Lead
    Facilities can be in Nassau, Bronx, Queens, or Brooklyn based on your location

Do you want to help implement the highest-quality care standards? We are currently seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our team.

    In this role, you will specialize in
    Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Training is provided by our amazing CMO of Physiatry

    Your expertise will be pivotal in enhancing the overall well-being of residents within the skilled nursing facility.

    This includes utilizing advanced pain management techniques, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and staying abreast of the latest developments in physiatry to ensure the highest quality of care.


    Responsibilities:

    • New consultation visits and follow-up consultation visits and active collaboration with the services requesting consultation services.
    • Recommends selected therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, consultations and laboratory examination, medication regimens, interprets findings and alters plan of care according to accepted standards of care and practice guidelines
    • Provide direct supervision for the physician assistants (PA) and adult nurse practitioners (NP)
    • Ensure continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of services by hiring and supervising providers.
    • Communicate timely and effectively with the "Executive Team" regarding operational issues and trends ensuring that the providers are supported and the patient and clients experience positive outcomes.

    Requirements:

    • Hold a medical degree from an accredited program.
    • Be board certified.
    • Maintain an active New York license to practice in the field.
    • Exhibit a self-driven and proactive approach to tasks.
    • Possess a strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics.
    • Display an in-depth understanding of legal medical guidelines and best practices.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Uphold a commitment to patient confidentiality.
    • Be compassionate and approachable in patient interactions

    Job Type:
    Full-time

    Full Time Pay:
    $160, $180,000.00 per year

    Part Time:
    Available on a per applicant basis
