    We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our FP&A Finance Group, located in Rehovot, Israel.

    Summary:


    The Inventory and Cost financial analyst will support the organization, overseeing Stratasys worldwide inventory costing functions including monitoring and variance analysis activities for the inventory.

    This Analyst will also develop financial modeling for forecasts and analyze actual results. In addition this Analyst will be responsible for building standard costs and performing costs analyses.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

    • Cost roll-up process - Periodic update of products standard costs and ongoing analysis of actual production costs and BOM structure.
    • Inventory/COGS variance analysis
    Changes in raw materials prices, wip variance, RMA costs, transfer between value and non-value inventory orgs, etc.

    • Support accounting close review process and external audit through analysis of financial results as compared to prior periods and expectations.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial reporting packages and presentations used by senior leadership.
    • Lead the development of new reports, metrics and processes to ensure the availability of critical information and driving actions to improve performance.
    • Actively participate on cross-functional teams that may be assembled to resolve a wide variety of problems or to create new processes.
    • Work effectively within a global organization that spans multiple regions and cultures.
    • Support a culture of continuous improvement in day-to-day activities.

    Essential Education, Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelors degree in Economics or Finance/Accounting, CPA or Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Management Engineering
    • Minimum 5 years of similar experience
    • Experience in Industrial companies, including familiarity with Operations and Manufacturing environments
    • High proficiency in excel working with large databases with high accuracy and attention to details.
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
    • Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
    • Detailed and process oriented; understanding of processes flow and ability to fix/improve them as needed.
    • Experience in Oracle ERP system preferred, not required
    • Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, growth-oriented environment
    • Ability to work well with others in a global organization
    • Fluent English
